Elin Rasmusdottir
Major: Biology
Home: Mosfellsbaer, Iceland
Age: 21

Elin is the eldest daughter of Rasmus and Margret. She has one younger sister, Viktoria.
She is close with her entire family, and decided to study biology because of her sister, who has been diagnosed with leukemia five years ago.
Finding that out really rocked Elin's world. Viktoria had always been her best friend, the one she had to protect. And then, suddenly, she wasn't able to protect her anymore. It was then that she made up her mind: she was going to become a doctor, either a pediatrician or an oncologist, so that she would now how to make her sister feel better.
A lot of people didn't believe she could do it, when she made her plans known to the world. They thought she wasn't smart enough, that she was just a pretty face. Especially her fellow students didn't think of her as a threat for the scholarship in the United States. But Elin had worked for it since day one. The scholarship was the ticket to get into the best medical schools in Iceland, to be take seriously. And her hard work paid off: she is now studying at the university, taking courses from the first three years of the major in Biology.
Elin loves the snow, and her hobbies are linked to that as well. She loves snowboarding and skiiing, and is thinking of joining the campus' ski team.
Next to that, Elin is a very social person. She is very excited to meet her fellow students, and can't wait to see who will be her roommate during this advenure. After all, this will probably be the person that will have to help her when she's feeling homesick..

Stacey Andrews
Major: Theatre

Age: 18



Growing up in a broken family has left its trademarks on Stacey: her parents divorced when she was very young, and her mother remarried a man who sexually abused her for two years. Is she frightened of men because of that? Not at all. Does she hate sex? Absolutely not—she claims to love the perverse attention of the male gaze, says she enjoys many a Friday night with boys she doesn't know, and feels empowered now that she's reclaimed her sexuality. But do her words reveal the truth? Is she only wearing a mask, faking a part in the script of her life?
Initially Stacey had wanted to go to Beauty School, but her mother lovingly urged her to try out at least one year of proper education, claiming she, herself, had never had a chance to pursue a fulfilling career. Doubting between Dance and Theatre—while her mother still suggested more meaningful majors like Sociology or Food Science, but it was all to no avail—she eventually decided on Theatre.
Stacey has a brother four years older than her, she's flexitarian, ridiculously punctual, and easily offended. Furthermore she likes mixing her own cocktails, travelling the world, going out with friends, and mastering the art of Make-up Application both on herself and others.

Nina Jones

Age: 19



Growing up in what is in her opinion a terribly boring place, Nina always felt stifled by her surroundings. As soon as her father allowed her some freedom, she always found herself travelling to bigger cities like Amarillo, seeking out the wild and exciting things in life. She kept ending up at places with plenty of drinks and handsome boys, and honestly? That's all she needed to have fun. After only barely getting through high school with a lot of last minute determination and some motivation from her grandmother, she couldn't wait to see what else was out there.
Admittedly, she likes sewing almost as much as partying, so that's what she decided to go to college for. She hopes to be able to go work behind the scenes in the musical and theatre world. Of course, getting to go see more big cities is a big help in that. But for now, she's already happy to just go to college and experience the whole student life. Because that's where all the interesting shit happens, right? ..Even if it's kind of a bummer that she has to say bye to her cat.

Brantley Rowland
Major: Fine/Studio Art

Age: 20



Born out of a one-night stand, Brantley has both English and Swedish blood; his mother got pregnant during a holiday in Sweden when she was seventeen. She married when her son was six, granting him the pleasure of becoming the half-brother of two girls: a twin. Soon after his eighteenth birthday he accepted his stepfather's last name, for he was the man who, because and maybe even despite of never getting the chance of meeting his biological father, gave him the Best Childhood a boy could wish for: a childhood filled with toy cars, Lego, cartoons, and comics—lots and lots of comics. Nowadays he still loves to read and write his own comics, filled with a lot of slapstick and dry humour.
Besides drawing Brantley also loves theme parks, flowers, and a wide range of animals. Upon meeting him for the first time he's friendly and polite yet reserved, but his bubbly personality soon surfaces once you get to know him better, though he will never, ever, under no circumstances, sing in public despite having quite a pleasant voice. He's completely oblivious of his "pretty boy" Scandinavian looks, as he is convinced beauty comes from within. Oh, and he also learned to speak fluent Swedish once he was told about his parentage—and it's adorably cute.

Caleb Watson

It's finally here! Caleb is finally free!
After spending eighteen years in a small suburban neighbourhood close to Saint Louis with his overly Christian and buzzkilling parents, he finally is off to college, to live independently without his parents (but with their money, of course).
It had become apparent to him how Saint Louis, or the life his mother had in mind for him, were nothing for him. He should be in a big city, free, with a lot of people around him. He shouldn't be stuck, married to some posh girl, living in a house that could be a replica of his parents' house. He wanted to live, to experience things!
And that's exactly what he's planning to do in college. He wants to make friends who will be bros for life. He wanted to join a fraternity and go to the best college parties out there. And, of course, he couldn't wait to meet those hot college chicks..
Oh, and studying? Yes, of course that will happen too..
And yes, he is 100% a fuckboy, and looks the part, but who knows what could happen in college..

Introducing two characters at once!

Raphael Noya
Major: Business
Home: Rotterdam, the Netherlands
Age: 18



Raphael, 18 years old. Raphael is a freshman college student, just out of high school. He is very happy that he can finally go to college and move out of his parents’ home. Sure, he loves his parents and his family but he also feels like they sometimes suffocate him with all of their expectations. Now, he feels that he is finally free to do whatever he wants without his parents’ watching over his shoulder. Raphael plans on making the best out of college life by attending as much parties as he can and getting to know as many people as he can. He is not really occupied with studying so he also did not pick a major yet (he is following some business courses but hasn’t committed to anything yet). As you might have guessed, Raphael isn’t great with responsibilities and will do as much as he can to avoid them, which makes him a great procrastinator. Fortunately, Raphael is very sociable and often manages to get away with things by pulling the right strings with teachers and bosses. The question is of course whether he will also manage that in college.

Rosa May Jackson
Major: Aerospace engineering
Home: Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Age: 19



Rosa May Jackson, 19 years old. Rosa May has led a pretty easy life so far. Her parents have always been able to provide for her and her brother, her family is nice, she is pretty smart and has always done well in school and she’s sociable, meaning she has always been one of the popular girls. In other words, she doesn’t have much experience with life’s problems. Of course, if you asked Rosa May about this, she would disagree. She would say that choosing her major was really difficult – aerospace engineering or astronomy - and that she cried a lot when her boyfriend broke up with her just before summer. But that’s just a side note.
For Rosa May, college is the first step into following her life plan. She eventually build a career at NASA, just as her parents, and preferably before her brother does so. This means she plans to take her courses very seriously and that she wants to join several clubs at campus. This doesn’t mean that Rosa May isn’t in for a party, though. When you ask her, she will definitely join because she can do anything (right?).

Megan Payton
Major: Language Studies

Age: 18



Is there anything more beautiful and powerful than language? Most people would answer, "No, love is," but ever since Megan broke up with her boyfriend a couple of weeks ago, she's simply unable to still see love in a positive light; her boyfriend mistreated her and was highly manipulative, so she ended their six month-relationship with a burdened albeit relieved heart. But language, oh, language! She had always been interested in ancient languages such as Greek, Latin, and Hebrew. Loving the latter especially, she hopes to someday master the language and maybe even teach others.
Megan has a sister two years older than she, and a younger brother with an age gap of eight years between them. Nevertheless, she adores her little brother (although he can be quite annoying sometimes).
Quite submissive and demure in nature, Megan is prone to persuasion even if she might not want to do certain things; she just hates disappointing people and has a hard time saying No. Her character might be a little like a chameleon, as she treats people according to their personality rather than being led by her own feelings and thoughts. Furthermore she likes shopping, reading, handlettering, and watching documentaries.

Important question guys! Is anyone planning on having a character living at a sorority house (instead of the dorms) because I kind of want Rosa May to live there but I also don't want her to be the only one bc she would be so far away from all the drama haha

Jade Wilson
Age: 19
Major: Women/Gender studies


Ever since she was a little girl Jade knew to which college she would go, and which sorority she would join. Just like her mom she would go to Kingston University, and become president of Chi Omega. There was no question in it: the legacy should continue. And so, with hard work and a lot of pushing from her parents, Jade became the youngest president ever in the history of Kingston. Something she is very proud of, and will gladly brag about.
Some people dare to say that Jade isn’t nice, but is actually a stuck-up narcissist who wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for her parents. Jade had to admit that their comments weren’t completely false. However, if you managed to get close to her and get to know the girl underneath the whole presidency, only then you would see her true colours. But are they better or worse?
Next to that, Chi Omega wasn’t doing so good lately, and Jade couldn’t afford her sorority going down while she was president. How far is she willing to go to save Chi Omega - and her own name -, and what is the price?
